The benefits of combining fibers, color, and/or admixtures with concrete is nearly infinite. Most concrete mixes use some type of admixture in their concrete in order to achieve desired properties required for their project.
Fibers can increase impact resistance, and in some cases, replace steel reinforcement. Admixtures can accelerate and delay setting time, minimize shrinkage or permeability, make waterproof, increase workability at a given water content, or enhance strength, pumpability, and finishability.

MasterFiber® MAC 360 FF
Synthetic Hybrid Fiber with Optimum Finishing Performance
MasterFiber MAC 360 FF, a synthetic hybrid fiber, is manufactured from a proprietary blend of polypropylene resins for use in making fiber reinforced concrete in compliance with the requirements of ASTM C 1116/C 1116M “Standard Specification for Fiber- Reinforced Concrete.”
MasterFiber™ F70
Fibrillated Microsynthetic Fiber
MasterFiber F70, a micro synthetic fiber, is a fibrillated polypropylene fiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. MasterFiber F70 meets the requirements of ASTM C 1116/C 1116M, Section 4.1.3, Type III, and Note 2 and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Sections 3.1.1 (plastic shrinkage reinforcement) and 3.1.2 (shrinkage and temperature reinforcement). MasterFiber F70 is designed to distribute quickly throughout the concrete mixture. The fibrillation pattern is designed to optimize the mechanical bond between the mortar matrix and the fiber. MasterFiber F70 is an excellent shrinkage and temperature (secondary) reinforcement option when used at 1.5 lb/yd3 (0.9 kg/m3).

Monofilament Microsynthetic Fiber
MasterFiber M 70 product is a monofilament polypropylene fiber manufactured from 100% virgin homopolymer polypropylene resins. MasterFiber M 70 product meets the requirements of ASTM C 1116/C 1116M, Section 4.1.3, Type III, and Note 2 and the requirements of ICC ES AC32 Section 3.1.1 (plastic shrinkage reinforcement). MasterFiber M 70 product disperses well in the concrete matrix and visible evidence of a superior finishability makes it a good candidate for all residential applications.

Monofilament Microsynthetic Fiber
MasterFiber M 100 product is a high-tensile strength, high modulus of elasticity, ultra-thin monofilament homopolymer polypropylene fiber designed to quickly distribute uniformly throughout the concrete matrix. At the engineered dosage level of 0.50lb/yd3 (0.3 kg/m3) MasterFiber M 100 product outperforms all other plastic shrinkage fiber reinforcements at their typical dosage of 1.0lb/yd3 (0.6 kg/m3).

Anti-Washout Admixture
MasterMatrix UW 450 anti-washout admixture is a patented, ready-to-use, liquid cellulose-based admixture that is specially developed for underwater concrete applications. Concrete containing MasterMatrix UW 450 admixture exhibits superior resistance to washout of cement and fines, while impeding the blending of external water into the plastic concrete. Not recommended for air-entrained concrete. MasterMatrix UW 450 admixture meets the requirements of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers CRD-C 661-06, Specification for Anti-Washout Admixtures for Concrete.

Crack-Reducing Admixture
MasterLife CRA 007 crack reducing admixture is an innovative liquid chemical admixture that is specifically formulated to reduce the magnitude of drying shrinkage and minimize the potential for cracking. Compared to a shrinkage reducing admixture, MasterLife CRA 007 crack reducing admixture provides enhanced performance through (i) significant reduction in the potential for shrinkage cracking, and (ii) reduced initial crack widths if cracking does occur. MasterPel 200HD multipurpose admixture is specially formulated and designed for water-repellent and efflorescence control in the high-density applications such as concrete paving stone productions. Concrete Waterproofing
Xypex is a unique chemical treatment for the waterproofing, protection and improvement of concrete. XYPEX ADMIX C-500/C-500 NF is added to the concrete mix at the time of batching and consists of Portland cement, silica sand (excluding the NF grade,) and various active, proprietary chemicals that react with the moisture in fresh concrete and with the by products of cement hydration to cause a catalytic reaction.
